Additional Guidelines 

Research Papers : These submissions would  largely focus on an in-depth , rigorous and robust quantitative analysis of relevant topics addressing management, public  administration and policy issues. 

Review Articles : Submission must be comprehensive, analytical and well-structured. Synthesizing existing knowledge would guide future research directions in the field by highlighting summaries of  prior studies. Preferably, authors may choose between systematic literature review and meta-analyses . A review paper must clearly describe how literature was selected (databases, keywords, inclusion/exclusion criteria). Furthermore, compare older fundamental studies with recent advancements. Finally, identify strengths, limitations, contradictions and debates in literature. 

Case Studies : These studies may focus on a combination of disciplines or policy cases in detailed context. 

Theoretical Articles : These paper should largely focus on the construction, extension or revision of theory to provide new theoretical perspectives or frameworks related to the field of management and public policy through logical reasoning and conceptual analysis. 

Methodological Articles : these articles would introduce new research methods , techniques, tools to improve and refine existing research designs to serve as reference for future methodological approach to management research. 

Commentary Articles :  Opinions and comments on popular management and public policy issues are also welcomed.  These may include interpretations of policy changes , evaluations of management practices which reflects the authors insights and positions.
